cbdMD debuts national TV campaign

salazar

CBD brand cbdMD is making a big marketing push. The company launched its first national TV ad campaign earlier this week, featuring a 30-second commercial that is being broadcast across multiple national cable networks.

Though the ad campaign is the first such TV campaign from the brand, it just one of its various multichannel marketing efforts that include sports sponsorship, social media, digital advertising, podcast ads and athlete endorsement. With the TV campaign, cbdMD said it expects to reach more than 50 million households, with the spot airing 500 times in the first two weeks.

“From founding national holidays like National CBD Day and National Hemp Day, to assembling the industry’s most elite roster of top athletes on Team cbdMD, we consider ourselves trailblazers in the CBD space,” said Ken Cohn, cbdMD chief marketing officer. “We look forward to sharing our new TV commercial nationwide and continuing to reinforce why so many consumers trust cbdMD for their health and wellness needs. Our new national TV ad campaign will be undertaken in a fiscally prudent manner, as we reallocate our marketing spend to stay on track to meet our fiscal performance objectives.”
