Cannabis Global brings its honey bee hemp extract to kombucha

salazar

Cannabis Global is rethinking Kombucha. The Los Angeles-based company has introduced Hemp & Booch, a line of super premium hemp-infused kombucha. Rather than using lab-produced hemp extracts, the products contain a unique honey bee hemp extract.

In order to create the hemp extract, Cannabis Global provides hemp extracts to honey bees, which naturally process them into naturally water-soluble infusion technology. The company calls his its Hemp You Can Feel infusion.

“Hemp & Booch not only sets the standard for taste and purity, but also for the relaxing effect provided by the company's patent-pending Hemp You Can Feel infusions," said Arman Tabatabaei, Cannabis Global CEO. "Our new line is based on the best all-natural ingredients available, and we believe this comes across in the taste of the products, which are now available in sample quantities."

The company said that there is wide opportunity in the kombucha market, with Grand View Research estimating the market to reach $7 billion by 2027, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 19.7% over the forecast period.

Hemp & Booch will initially be available in three flavors — concord grape and vanilla bean, pineapple mint and Kalmbucha — a nighttime blend based on caffeine-free organic tea from Africa. The ingredients in each are largely organic in an effort to provide high-quality components, the company said.

“We have gone all out relative to the ingredients and manufacturing processes utilized to produce this super-premium line. It is an authentic 'raw food' product, keeping true to the healthful philosophy behind Kombucha products,” Tabatabaei said. “We believe we are the only manufacturer able to complete the entire manufacturing process for a hemp-infused kombucha product at room temperature allowing for full enzyme and amino acid retention. After all, consumers drink kombucha for its health benefits, and our customers deserve the best in terms of both ingredients and production process.”

The product is currently available in sample quanities by request, with plans for commercial quantities available online by the end of July.
